I purchased a hotel booking through Hotwire and found that the hotel I was booked through had a better rate than Hotwire guarantees. I contacted them to ask them what I could do considering what I found. I was told you have only 48 hours to make a complaint to get a refund and they would not make any exceptions. I am in sales and our company never tells a customer no without any consideration especially if we are in the wrong.
