I decided to cancel home service but keep internet service.I called on Sept 28 2009 and was told 48 hours and new account would be active. 48 hours later home and internet was shut off and 300 minutes of calls and total stress the problem was resolved on Oct 9th. I cant even tell you how many people I talked to about this and how many different stories I got until this was resolved.Like many others the internet to me is for impotant things not just games and such.I was job serching and had to run to library daily to check on things.
