I just bought an HP Pavilion Notebook. I only had it a few minutes and I could not unmute. So finally I phoned customer service. I was with a rep or on hold for FIVE hours today only to find out that they need to make a recovery disk and mail it to me. I don't think I should need to deal with a recovery disk being shipped from India on the first day of owning a brand new notebook. What a disappointment. read full review »
