Contact PROTBERRYHEALTH at: (866) 967-4917...from what i understand (if you did receive the product) if you send it back to them certified mail to 3007 Greene St Hollywood, FL 33020-1037 they will process a refund for you but you must have the confirmation number for the cancellation. I also ordered the free trial of Acai Berry and unfortunatley had two unauthorized trasactions on my account in the amount of $86.42 from a merchant named WELLNESSLAB. I am trying to reject these charges with my bank...atleast they speak English. read full review »
