Basically, about six weeks ago verizon showed up at my house, with no notice or warning aor anything, dug up the edges of my yard, stuck in these big gray boxes, marked "underground facilities" without my permission or anything. I tried asking questions to a few of the workers, but they indicated they didn't speak English. So I went back inside the house.
