The megabus company lost my luggage, containing my laptop, clothes, shoes and a text book which I burrowed from the library. As a full time student with little money, you can imagine how devastating it is to loose my laptop, in addition I now have to reimburse the library for their textbook which is over $80. I had to call their customer service 6 times in one day just to get help, since I was put into voicemail a couple of times and left on perpetual hold on others an hang up on on others.
