Called 4 days ago to have serive installed so that I could get 1 channel my cable operator does not have. My appointment for installation was this morning betwen 8-12pm. I was called at 10:02 am from the installer telling me he was on his way over with broken english. So far not so bad. About 5 minutes later I get a call from Direct TV telling me the installer should arrive within an hour. This seemed strange but I went with it.
