It's amazing how in thi economy, companies are willing on losing a clientel. My $1000 watch fell onto the ground and got scuffed up. I went to Zales where I purchased the watch to try and Repair. The reason I went back there was mainly bc my jewler, I have purchased watches & jewelery from her for the last 7 yrs and I have followed her where she has transferred.
