Back in October 2007, a friend of mine and myself signed a 6 month lease with these apartments. After about a month, my roommate got into heavy partying and would come home obliterated. Only 2 months after signing the lease, my roommate finally physically assaulted me and left me with several bruises because of a glass that I had left on the counter.
