I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox and was told I only had to pay shipping and handling. My credit card was billed and the company would not give me a credit. I was then sent another bottle which I returned and was again billed. I called the company and they said without a RMA number on my package that they would not refund my accout. These shipments with exception of the FREE Trial were not authorized. When the company called to verify my order, I told them I was not authorizing a monthly shipment. They billed me anyway. This is ridiculous. I want my refund as well as numerous others. read full review »
