Wanted to do research on an employee, read their wedsite and it stated 29.95 for three years and 100% money back, sign up did one search and it told me to upgrade my membership for $10 to get more information which I did and the information I received was not as good as the people search which was free. Cancel the same day call them up and the told me to get a form and fax it in for a refund. They refund my $29.95, but not the upgrade for $10. Total scam read full review »
