I joined this website so I could lookup family obituaries. Since joining I have not been able to get any information on anyone. When I lookup an obituary and want to preview it then print it tells me I have to upgrade my membership in order to get an obituary. I joined in good faith expecting to get what I paid for. This company should be ashamed of themselves. No reputable company would treat clients like they do. I've tried to get my money back and I've been refused. My next step will be to send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and any other Government Office in charge of these kind of complaints. read full review »
