Add says, $29, 15 minute arrival. The person assigned to assist me did not know his way around and took more than an hour to arrive. He blamed his inability on me. When he arrived he charged me an additional $125 over and above the $29 which at that point my choice was pay it or call another company and wait who knows how long. On top of that, when I checked my credit card bill, I was charged a separate charge for another $111.00.
