I have credit scores above 76o, high balances in my bank accounts, and more than enough income to qualify for the purchase transaction that this bank had approved. The appraiser was hired by the bank and the property was listed as a duplex but the appraiser thought it would be better to call it Single Family Residence + a legal in-law unit.
