Just bought this mattress 7/30/09 and the first night the bed caves in where you lye. No support what so ever and lumpy. We were never given a copy of the warranty. We were told by the sales person we have no problem with exchanging this product for any reason. Our backs hurt so bad to where our bodies hurt every morning since buying this $1, 565.01 mattress. You figure for this amount you feel like your sleeping on a cloud. More like rocks.
