Ordered several cellphone accessories. Received an order confirmation and noticed that they had dropped my apartment number from the order. Without the apartment number, the shipment would not be deliverable. When I notified them of this error, they indicated that there was nothing that they could do about it. UPS returned the shipment to them and they had the nerve to take a "restocking fee" out of my refund for something that was clearly their error. Very bad customer service. Avoid! read full review »
