I ordered the free trial of the Acai supplement from PanaLabs. Received the trial and hadn't even started using it yet before I received a second bottle in the mail. I thought this was an error because I had not ordered any additional product. So I tried to contact them by website since there was no phone number. The site didn't work. That is when my antennae went up and I thought "oh-oh, I think I have been scammed!"
