Purchased my desktop PC in Nov 07 along with the 3 year gold TAP insurance.. just recently our pc was acting up so we called TAP, they assesed over the phone and said it was the hard drive, they sent part and tech out... however the tech installed and still not working.. he determined the monitor has died and rang TAP to verify his work order... however TAP insurance asked me to call back in 1 hour later... so i did and then was told TAP doesnt cover the monitor??
