Notified Walmart/Netscape of cancellation of internet dial up service. Naturally business attempted to continue providing service on various scenarios. I declined and individual cancelled service from tech. end. That was three months ago and Walmart/Netscape is continuing to pull money from my account to pay for a service that I no longer have. I contacted the business again and was told that the problem was fixed. My accounts say different. The first time I let it slide as a mistake.
