Sitting at the dinner table my daughter pulled a small piece of material from her mouth after taking a drink of her milk, maybe half a centimeter in size. First reaction was to smell the milk to see if it was sour. It was not so I assumed it was ice and I had the refrigerator set too cold. When pouring the next glass I noticed more chunks floating around in the milk. It was not ice or dried milk, but some kind of left over plastic chunks from the carton.
