I have been looking for a direct number to tri star vacums. I bought a vacum from a sales man back in 2005-2006 i moved and misplaced my papers, i figured ok just go on internet and get a number to the company, all i can find is places that sell the parts. I was told the hose and other parts had a life time warrenty all i am finding is you have to buy this part and that part. This is rediculas i recommend to any one not to buy a tri star vaccum. Don't get me wrong it is a awsome machine, but if you can't get parts that have worn out with a lifetime warrenty it is not worth the cost of the vaccum! Disappointed read full review »
