Re: Cellular Phone After repeated requests to have my order cancelled and be fully refunded for the total amount paid, Cellular Blowout continues to ignore my requests. I have left messages and emailed your customer service department 6 times and although your company has ackowledge my requests twice and promises a full refund in my account you still have not found a solution to the matter.
