I called www.overstockdeals.com and spoke with them about a faucet their website said was in stock. I was informed it was actually on backorder. I told them I had to have it in 3 weeks and they said it would not be a problem. I reiterated that it was urgent I get the product in 3 weeks and was again told it would not be a problem. About 2 and a half weeks passed and I called to check on my order status. They said they had to contact the factory. Then I was told it would be ANOTHER 2 to 4 weeks.
