My mother in law has been waiting for her telephone line to be transfered. She's in the building next store. we (family) called the day before thanksgiving, the holidays, and its still not on today is Dec 4th. It should have been on Dec 3rd. DID I MENTION SHES 83, LIVING IN ELDERLY HOUSING WITH NO PHONE, AND 83 BIRTHDAY COMING UP, 9 CHILDREN, WORLDWIDE, WHO CANNOT CALL HER. AND I'M JUST ONE OF MANY THE DAUGHTER IN LAWS.
