I have been a las vegas resident for 32 years, and this is the first time i have run into this problem. I have my garbage can in front of my home for three (3) weeks now, and it has not been picked up. As you can understand, after three weeks of puting garbage into it, it is a little heavy by now. But, they can use the mashine they have always used in the past to do it. It's not like it can't be done. They stop shake it a little, see that it is heavy, and leave it there. But that is not all.
