after using them for some time, (i am a trusted patron, not someone who tries to take advantage) i put 4 items in to be cleaned which included a gray short-sleeved sweater (i have the receipt). i never received the gray sweater back clean or dirty. when i spoke with the mom of the mom and pop, she said they never received this sweater that i "claimed" to have put in and that she has been in the business for 40 years and knows how to do it and would not lose anything so obviously she never really received it. she would not take any... read full review »
