Just thought I'd share this with everyone about the customer service experience we are currently having with Littlewoods. We find it absolutely appalling and we are going to be seeking compensation from them for the inconvenience caused. We ordered a slimline drawer cabinet from them. On Friday a king-size double bed turned up. Firstly we refused delivery as we hadn't ordered it but were told by the delivery men that it's here, off the wagon and it's going in the house whether we like it or not.
