Advice me if you think its fair... I placed an order for sofas in January during New Year sales. They advertises a special offer for a massage chair at reduced price when you spend over £1000. So my husband and I decided to make up our purchase over £1000 in order to get this massage chair at a reduced price. I received all items except the massage chair. Even though at the time of order they said its in stock, small prints on the invoice say it may take upto 20 weeks, which now is over. I have called the company many many time... read full review »
