I purchased a new computer to run Auto-cad and several other engineering programs. I call Dell to make sure that unit I ordered would run my programs, I was assured that it would so I went ahead with the purchase. When I tried to install auto-cad it failed I called Dell and was told that I was installing it wrong. After several weeks of back and forth. I asked to return the equipment I was then told that it was pass the return date. After numerals’ phone calls and e-mails I finally stopped payment.
