I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for another technician to return to complete the installation. He connected to line to the cables underneath the road.
