I placed an order shown below on the 27th Sept for a bed and mattress. The order passed the deadline and I wasn't informed of this change. Kept waiting more than 6 weeks I cancelled and was refunded. Two weeks later we got a phone call asking when we wanted delivery of the mattress. We informed them we had cancelled. A week after this the bed arrived with no notice.
