I have two very big complaints. 1) The sales representatives are the most pressure driven people I have ever worked with. I heard ever sales pitch, gimmick, and trick in the book working with these guys. They don’t ask you if you are interested, they tell you that you are interested. I had a guy call me and tell me about aerating and seed product. He went on and on about how I had to have this done for winter and it will do all these wonderful things.
