Customer service is the worst - if they pick up the phone. I ordered a bike saddle waited a week - no delivery - no shipment tracking # for that matter. Emailed their customer service -waited a day - no response. Wrote again and called finally getting someone on the line. Said he would look into it. Again several days - nada. Called AGAIN asked for my money back - said "no problem" you should see the credit "on Tuesday" - no dice. Just called again - guess what... I advise you to look elsewhere. read full review »
