I ordered 4 special, handmade burp clothes from Burpies.com on Sept 28. According to their website, orders are processed in 5-10 business days. Around the 9th day, I emailed burpies.com to receive a tracking number or get more information about when I can expect my item. I have subsequently sent 4 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I have also called twice, and received a machine both times. I left my name and phone number, and have not gotten an answer. My credit card was charged on Sept 29. This is not the first time I have ordered from this vendor, but it will certainly be my last. read full review »
