Key Club Save, LLC billed my AT&T telephone line using ESBI and a third party. AT&T is able to stop payment on said billing but cannot take any legal course of action. They suggest to contact your local Public Utilities Commission and file a complaint. The person I contacted for Key Club Save says that the service originated from a site called Silver Carrot.com.
