We have submitted a short sale package on May 21st, 2009. After numerous phone calls we were advised that a negotiator by the name of Marcel Kenty was assigned to the loan on June 26th and were giving direct e-mail to the negotiator ( [email protected]). From June 26th until August 1st, 2009 I have been e-mailing Marcel Kenty almost every week and still calling the bank but getting no response from the negotiator and no updated information from costumer service.
