We currently have two Bank of America accounts. One mortgage, and one unsecured line of credit. We had been victims of the economy, with a job loss for 13 months and now finally back to work! We did everything in our power to stay current on all of our accounts, and most banks/credit cards like Discover and Chase, were VERY accomodating. Bank of America did NOTHING to help with late fees or interest rates.
