I was relieved to find this website as it has allowed me the opportunity for some redress against Empire Direct for their shocking customer service. I ordered and paid for a Miele Automatic-TT5000 on 20th November 2007. The website quotes 7-10 days (which we have since found out that it always does if out of stock, whatever the anticipated delivery time). On the 7th December I had not heard from them so I rang to be told that the order ‘had not transferred across’, and they re-ordered it for me under a different reference... read full review »
