After being a customer for 10 years, my 9/2/09 payment check was mailed but never received by them and I did not get a cancellation notice or phone call. My service was shut off last night and I was told it would take 6 days before I could be restored. Evidently, it is all an Atlanta Gas Light problem because MxEnergy is just the marketer and have no control over the service providers. Big flaw in the business model from a customer perspective.
