I have always made payments on time or as agreed, always being told that our credit with CareCredit was excellent. Just recently I received a letter stating our interest rate would hit over 22 % on the day following Nov 3, 09. Nothing had been said about "credit worthiness or Lateness. In fact all late fees erroneously placed on acct were refunded. Yet they are raising our rate stating we were late 3 times.
