I am a very loyal Bank of America client and share holder. I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the Bank of America Add It Up Program. I signed in through their website and made qualifying purchases and did not see the credit come through automatically. After repeated calls, I was assured that technical support and a supervisor would call me back. This never occurred. Most recently, I called back to get to a supervisor and was placed on hold.
