Before I get my Visa card from US Bank last April my credit score is at 765, in mid April I obtained US Bank's Visa I start using the card but only few small charges, in June I noticed I still did not get a statement from them since I am the new with this bank, I pickup the phone and called their 800 service line to get help, the rep answered the phone told me, my statement will come in the mail soon, after that I wait it for couple more weeks, it finally came.
