We started a refi. in May, and have yet to close. We more than qualify, have a high income, excellect credit score, and a long positive history with B of A. They couldn't ask for a better qualified customer. Yet, we have been given the run around. Constantly asked for the same info., from numerous people that we speak to only once. There is absolutely NO chain of command. The left foot doesn't know what the right foot is doing. It has caused huge stress and frustration.
