they do not screen there complaints. most of the time they are false complaints about good companies. i think they are the worst to get information from. if you have a place of business and try to solve a complaint with them they will never respond to you or take it off. i think they only like complaints. i think they should contact the stores or business before they post something about a company and give them a chance to make it right. if they did that they would see that most of the complaints are false. read full review »
