Fed Ex delivered my package on Tuesday 10-13-09 did'nt ring bell just left it on the steps my neighbor was coming in and seen it was for me and took it in.If it had not been for them it would have been stolen.Would the driver have paid for a new product from Black and Decker ? I really don't think it would have hurt the driver to ring the bell (the bell works)I can't say that the driver was doing his job! HE WAS'NT!!! read full review »
