I purchased a Magicjack in May 2008. There were always problems hearing clearly BUT the day I ordered it, I also purchased the additional 5 years, not knowing that it would not work. After using the original unit, I tried to return it because it would not work properly. But I was slightly beyond the 30 days. So, I purchased another unit and returned the one that did not work... after the technical rep agreed to this. However, my additional 5 year purchase was never transferred to the new unit.
