BEWARE OF NETSPAN GROUP--YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Here is my experience with these scammers. I purchased their packet in May of 2008 and signed up for the Postal Exam through their website. I then received a letter from the Postal Service in the spring of 2009 informing me that I was taken off the list to take the test because they were changing to a new process for applications.
