My loan was just bought by this MGC Mortgage company, I recieved very little information after the due date. So I called them and they were not very interested in helping me, they wanted to charge me to make a payment by phone after they gave me information late. After further study, I noticed that MGC has a grade of an F from the BBB. How can this happen? I would reccomend to always leave a paper trail when it comes to these scam artists, Always pay by check only.
