I was solistated by Automotive Warrant Solutions to buy a warranty on my 2002 F250 truck. They stated my warranty was about to expire and they offered to extend the warranty. They requested a down payment of $372.60 and I paid $2, 484.00.They never sent me any warranty papers when the fee was paid. My truck did have a problem in 2009 I went to use the warrranty and found Capital Assurance Inc. was the service contactor on the warranty and they are in court and bankrupt.
