My mom was in the hospital for 2 weeks. She has cancer. She kept up with Mediacom telling them every otherday that when she got out she would pay her bill 220.00 They said fine. Then while she was in the hosptal they cut her internet. No big deal. She called them and explained again. They again said no problem. When you get out just pay it. Then they cut her phone.
